Starting Issues

Hey everyone. Just lookin for some insight from you fellow camaro enthusiasts. For about a week now the weathers been a little colder than normal. When I get in my car in the morning, I go to start it up, and it cranks, but doesn't start. So I turn the ignition off, and then go to start it again. Fires right up. Just did a plug/wire job 3 weeks ago. I have a few general ideas what it might be. Has anyone had this issue? Any ideas what it could be? Any tests I could run to narrow down the real issue? All information would be helpful. Also, as a side note, the car's gas gauge in the dash recently proved to be inaccurate by about a quarter of a tank. The fuel pump is original, so right now that has me thinking its a fuel system issue.
