How do I get #3 spark plug boot off???? 95C with 3.4
Pass side middle plug, the one with the metal around it. I've twisted it pulled on it and still get nothing.
It took less than 15 minutes to change 5 out of 6 plugs and one of them is no on my **** list.

I know this is gonna sound like shi*ty advice, but keep pulling on the boot, It will come out. They get baked on after a while, and take a little work to get off. Mike

 

I had this same prob when i first bought my car at 115,000 miles on her the sparkk plugs havenever been changed!! A college girl owned it since new and i guess she didnt know she prob needed to , but i had a B* of a time gettin mine off. that was the one that i actually pulled untill i tore the wire from the boot. I finally got it off though!!

 

I was having the same problem this afternoon except with the one way in the back of the Pass. side. Man That sucks! I also tore the boot away and just pulled the wire free.
