SLP cold air kit and FTRA owners

Hey guys I was checking out this cold air kit for my v6:

My question to owners of this: do you have any problems of overheating (because i heard it sits in front of the radiator) or water getting into your intake with this system? I've heard the overheating story from some site but others have said its a good upgrade and they had no problems. Opinions? Thanks.

thats a new one to me. Ive never had a problem or heard of anyone overheating because of it? You shoulnd have a problem with water unless you drive through a lake sized mud-puddle which you shouldnt do anyway.

Cool. I thought the overheating problem was BS but I figured I'd ask some helpful folks on here for their opinions on it.
