Shift ****

Hey guys, this may see kind of lame, but how do you take off the stock shift **** and put on another one? The guys at the store say they screw off or there's a screw. Well there wasn't any screw, and i feel like if i try to unscrew it ne more i'm gonna break it. What do i do here?

is this a manual or auto ****??

If it's a manual, just twist it off(it's going to require some force, your not going to break it). If it's an auto, I'm not sure don't have one .

If it's an auto there's a clip on the side of the **** facing the radio. Use something like a flat head screw driver and pry out the clip then the **** will pull off.
