What advantages do shift kits have on an automatic 3800 II? Also who would install it? any auto shop? or is it easy enough todo on your own? How much would it cost to install as well? (ball park)

 

Of course it gives better shifting you know id think and your transmission should last longer. I think it makes it shift faster. so it wont be smooth you will actually feel it switch i think. prices i dont know but i heard it can be a pain to do yourself.
