scoop for cai under the car?

i can't remember where i read this, but i remember reading that someone made a scoop on the bottom of their car to let cold air travel in easier since the majority of the air already under the hood is hot, does someone by chance know what im talking about and if so does anyone have a picture of this?

This scope also lets all sorts of dirt get into the underside of your bumper and engine bay.

It looks pretty cool, but its kind of expensive. You could probably make on yourself for much cheaper.
