Angry Removal of plastic front grill insert on 2000 cam

Hey guys. I am in a little bit of a rutt here. I am trying to remove the black plastic grill insert on the front fender (you know the one that says CAMARO). I am able to remove the bottom with ease but the top seems to be bolted in. The bad part is that a styrofoam piece is covering the bolts. Please help me. What do i do??????????????????

Grab close to twhere the pegs are as you can. Grab tight and pull. Watch your rear when you hit the ground

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH... My front end looks that much better. You were right about the watch your rear as you hit the floor. That really took some effort. But i got it and it looks cool
