I have a stock 1994 V6 camaro. what are the cheapest (yet still quality) mods for my car? to make it louder and faster? i'm new at the board and don't know... well, anything about mods, but am willing and eager to learn. please help! thanks

ps - when i say cheap mods, i don't mean that i wanna turn my camaro into a rice rocket

I know there is a right up on here on how to make your own COld Air Intake for like 30 bucks. That will help a lot. Also you can go with a used z28 catback or maybe even a WS6 one if you are lucky. They pop up in the for sale section from time to time. My friend got ahold of one for like 35 bucks, muffler install was like 30 bucks. Great boost. How much are you willing to spend?

or you can even find a CAI for cheap if you look hard enough... i paid 50 (including shiping) for mine

a catback is allways a good cheap starting mod.. or you can get a cutout( the poor man's catback) if you want it loud that will do it

Why is it a poor man's catback? A cutout will always have more of a power gain than a catback. IMO, just get a good muffler (for when the police are around) and have an electric opening cutout to open when they aren't. I think catbacks are a waste of money.
