Where do i get a performance chip?

sorry, but this ECU has a flash rom and no chip that you can change!
You need a PC with tuner software or a programmer to flash new software to your ECU via the OBD2 connector....... that's modern motor management

 

where can i get this done? Chevrolet dealership???

if I remember right you need "HPTuners" to programm or modify your ECM yourself.

and no, I don't think that GM offers software or tools to flash your ECU......
