My DRL's are not functioning

Post title says it all. The turn signals and parking lights are working, but the DRL's aren't shining when the lights are off. Any suggestions on what could fix it? I have no idea what the problem could be.

It's a 2000 Firebird.

Does your car have the automatic lights. You know when it's dark enough outside, the lights automatically turn on? It could be a fuse, or most likely the switch connected to the E-brake. Check the wires for power. You do know that the turn signal and DRL's are two seperate bulbs within the same housing. Turn signal goes into the housing from the back and the DRL goes in from the top. Just FYI

On my friend's 98 WS6 it's the same bulb. I know this for a fact because I helped him replace them.

Hmmm. No i was not aware that they are separate bulbs. I thought it was one multifilament bulb.

I do not have automatic headlights (I have a Firebird).

Well as long as you are big enough to admit it

Just got back form replacing the bulbs. The turn signal/DRL's/parking lamps are the same bulb. It has two filaments. Bulb change didn't solve the problem. Looks like I might have a faulty E-brake position sensor (although the dash reads BRAKE when it is on) or possibly a bad BCM or DRL module.
