I posted about an oil pressure problem; I ended up setting up a manual oil pressure gage and while I was revving the motor in park I got around 3900 and it just stopped sounded like the rev limiter, so I tried it in neutral and got the same thing. Took the car out for a drive and floored it from a stop and it pulled all the way to red line. Maybe it’s nothing to worry about but my ls1 does not do this or any lt1 I have seen. any idea's or info would be great.

i'm sure the plug's need changing, also the wires need some work but nothing that would stop the motor from reving in park.
