YOu can get eibach or hower ever you spell it, the part of the edelbrock co.
I have herd that these are some of the best.
Pro's are you are lower and the ride is a little stiffer you get a good chance to change out your shocks and struts while your at it. Lower center of gravity and pull more G points on a skid pad.
Con's are you have to spend money, you need some tools and it's not free like cuting them (bad idea any way).

I bought Eibachs for mine.

Pro's - well known name, reasonable cost.

Con's - the rear will sit close to the bump stops.

Coilovers are a possibility

Pro's - very adjustable as far as height goes. You can also get stiffer or softer springs, depending on what you want. (handling, lowering, comfort)

Con's - cost. More complicated to choose the right combination.

I would recommend the Eibach Pro-Kit.

I know from experience the pros and cons of that paticular kit on a 1994 V6.

Pros - Lower ride (of course), better handling, improved ride (in my case), hides wheel gap, million mile warranty.

Cons - INSTALLATION! This isn't fun at all really. You will need some spring compressors, and PB Blaster (along with the other wrenches, etc.)

You can get a Pro-Kit for under or right at $215 shipped easily from eBay - just look for "Camaro Springs". Don't get a no-name brand - stick with the Eibach's - they are worth the extra $$$.
