just some questions...

wuts up guys...i'm just on here goin through the message boards and posting trying to expand my knowledge...so i wanna know wut the 0-60 time on a stock camaro RS manual 2000 is...also wut technically does torque do for a car, and is it more important than horsepower in acceleration? aslo is the compressoin ratio on a 2000 camaro RS too high to safely put on a turbo kit?

i can only answer a couple of questions. they are rated at 200hp but they are rated highly from the factory. the actually only put about 150 to 160 to the wheels. pretty fast on the other ones i am not sure. the turbo should be able to be put on but with some work. someone here has a one on his 3.4 and looks great. i believe it is tiago i believe. sorry if im wrong.

I would guess your running some where in the 15s.
Horsepower is how fast your car makes power, torque is the actual force that pushes your car.

I ran a 15.8 in my dads 2000, 5-speed Camaro, with like a 2.4 60', If I could manage a better launch I see a 15.6-.7 out of it.

RS... I picked this up from another Chevy site some time back. I don't know if it will still be online, but it's worth a try.

Maybe this can give you a perspective on the difference between HP and TORQUE. I found it kind of interesting....
