Question intake plenum / fuel rail removal

I am attempting to remove the air intake plenum (to gain access to the valve cover). I've disconnected the intake, TB hoses, vaccuum hose, throttle cable assembly, assorted electrical connectors, the fuel injector electrical connectors, the EGR flex pipe, and pulled 8 bolts from the plenum. The entire thing is loose (I can rotate it side to side), but it wont lift out. Does the rectangular plate that the fuel pressure regulator is attached to/part of need to come out (i think this is the fuel rail?)? Is there something else I am missing? Do the injectors need to come out?
