idle issues...

okay everything was going good with my firebird (firebird in my sig 90 w/ 3.1 v6) and I decided not to drive it for about a week and a half to to high a** gas prices here in the bay area during that time my remote start kept starting cause it was in timer mode (my bad) but it ended up running out of gas cause i had parked it on pretty much empty, so 2 days before i decide im gonna drive it I notice the rear tire is flat so i take the tire off and change it the next day, well the next I pour some gas in the car just enough to get me to the gas station, everything is cool. I stop at chevron toss a few gallons in start the car and turn around to leave just as im getting to the exit of the gas station the car stalls. Then it doesnt want to start, then when it does its idling really rough and erratic. I make it to my moms house (thank god) but anyways to make a long story short if im accellerating the car seems fine but when i come to a stop the rpms seem like they fluctuate and the car wants to stall but it doesnt. I changed the fuel filter, and did a fuel pressure check, with the engine idling the pressure held at about 40psi, with the key on engine off it held at about 36psi. There is a new battey in it, new TPS, new cap/rotor/ignition module, plugs are no more than 3-4 months old. and when the car is iding and driving volts stay at about 13v
