I hate cars with electronics!!!

I have a 1989 chevy camaro with a 2.8L. This car is in great condition and i hate to scrape it just because it keeps pissing me off. It turns over but won't catch and start. It is getting fire and getting gas, i can't find the timing marks to check it or the ignition module to check it. i just can't figure out why this car won't start. Help me before i do something that i am going to regret!

He's trying to help by pointing you to the correct forum where the V6 knowledge is. This is the LT1 forum.

First of all, we need to know more about what happened up to the time it stopped running. Has anything been done? Could the plug wires be in the wrong position? I believe your firing order is 1 2 3 4 5 6. Are the plug wires in their correct orientation?

You said it's getting fuel. To where? The fuel rail. I believe it is MFI so are the injectors pulsing?

Have you pulled any plugs? Have you tried squirting fuel in the intake while someone cranks it over?

Unless you're driving a model T, just about all cars have electronics.
