A 3.8l goes great with a turbo. probably one of the best combo's ever invented by buick. other than that you would need every bolt on ever invented and a really high geared rear end. it can be done but every body else in here is right you are better off money wise getting a different car or swapping the motor. sorry but its the hard truth.
im turbocharged, and i still cant picture my car doing 170
