heading to the strip

hey guys, I'm probably going to be heading to the strip for some bracket racing this weekend. This will be the first time that I race my new car (95 firebird V6 A4 all stock except functional ramair) What times should I expect, temp should be around 55*F close to sea level. Also, how should I launch? foot brake to say 2500 RPMs? of leave from idle? Any other ideas and tips are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Re: heading to the strip

2500rmp might be a lil bit too much, but try at different rpms see which one works up better. Lets us now how it goes,
