Has anyone with a firebird, (98 and up) put the spoiler off a Trans Am on a firebird? Is it just the spoiler you swap out, or is it the whole back hatch? Glass included, and spoiler? I dont have a firebird, I am just wondering if it's ever been done. I really love that spoiler on the trans am's. I think a firebird would look really good with a spoiler. Anybody out there do the swap?

yes i have done it, and yes i do think it looks good. no you cant just swap the spoiler, the whole hatch needs to be changed. its hard to find one in really good condtion, and even harder to find one close to where i live. i think it makes the car look much better, and have had many compliments. the whole thing took 20 minutes with two people to change. The hardest part was pulling the head liner down about three inches to get to the wiring harness to attach the third brake light. Make sure you change the struts too, or the thing will never stay up.
