gear swap

how much will a gear swap cost me, installation and everything, and is it really worth it. to 3.73?

3.73's will feel the same as if you added 31 horsepower.

Assuming you go with a name brand, like Richmond, or Strange. A Ring and Pinion gear set along with an installation kit for it, will cost about $300 total.
Installation by a professional shop will cost about the same. So if you aren't stepping up to a posi differential, then it should cost around 600 dollars.
