Clean your EGR valve with Seafoam. Yours sounds bad, so at idle, pour 1/2 bottle in the brake booster vaccum line slowly and shut it off. Let it sit for about an hour or over night if possible, then startit up and enjoy the smoke show. SeaFoam will break up the carbon buildup in your EGR, as well as clean your intake. Its worth 6 bux for a possible fix, plus I bet your TB blade is coated pretty good, you may need to use a brosh to clean it dipped in a little Seafoam. -Tim

 

Would like 2 bring this 1 back.. Because im only getting about 185mi on a full tank on a 3.4.. and just about everything is new.. with 103k on it.. I did put 19lb injectors in though..

Has new taylor wires,ngk plugs,new coils and mod,KnN, new EGR,and new cat,all new sensors(o2,crank,map,and cam sensors), new cam, new water pump,new IAT,new suspension, and new tires.. OH and cleaned the TB and new timing chain...

So please could someone tell me why I can only get 185HWYmi on this?????
