Feel like my mileage has gone to pot lately
I rember when I first bought the car I could get up to 330 Miles per tank
All winter I usually get under 20 since I stay local and the car warms up alot more but now it's spring and I havent done much better then 19-21
Seriouly the last two weeks I've been driving ultra conservative trying to see if I can get it back up to 23-24 where it usually sits for my daily driving and I've only managed the 19-21 area No WOT or anything like that, I've maybe gone over 4,000 RPM's 1 or 2 times while acclerating so thats not bad.
Car only has 46,000 miles and has newer wires and has had the fuel filter changed.

I was having the same problem. I have a '98 3.8 Camaro with about 46,000 miles too (pretty weird, eh?).
Well, I put some Fuel Injector cleaner in it with mid-grade gas about a month ago. Ever since, my mileage has been a hell of a lot better. Try it!

There are a lot of possibilities that could be causing you to be getting such poor fuel efficiency.
Could be anything from a stuck open/closed EGR to a simple tune-up or even tire pressure.
Is it driving any different than usual?
If you need to use anything higher than 87 octane to solve any drivability problems, you have a mechanical problem. Using the higher octane is only a temporary "band aid" type solution. Unless you messed with the computer/tuning, you shouldn't need anything higher.

Re: Feel like my mileage has gone to pot lately
Tires are new And I check the air often.
Only think I am sorta thinking about is I feel that although the wires were changed in August it still doesnt feel quite rite, If its REALLY hot the car has poped (think I might go through another set by the end of the summer )
It really runs strong though, feels even stronger then when I bought it new.
I was thinking about fuel injection cleaner? but I'm concerned that it might foul something else up, can anyone say yes or no weather or not they've had problems with that stuff?

I see fuel cleaners as a nice piece of mind "preventive" measure once a year more so than an actual mechanical fix.
You might want to pull your plugs and inspect them...see if they are fouled. You can tell what is going on by looking at them (lean or rich condition).
My car only gets Chevron, so I've never had any problems.
