Question exhuast question HELP WANTED PLEASE

I am going to get 80 series flowmasters and thats all because I don't have alot of money. Would the 3" exhaust make a sound change rather the the 2.5" one?WHich one would sound better? I am not going to change the hole pipe just the muffler. THANKS KEVIN

It's going to take a little custom work for them to install a 3" inlet Flowmaster on a stock V-6 exhaust system since the stock V-6 pipes are 2.25". There isn't really any significant flow or sound difference between a 3" Flowsmaster and a 2.5" so if you can get one with a 2.5" inlet, go with that. It will be a much easier install.
