i ordered some msd wires for my camaro about a month and a half ago and still no wires....friend did the same thing and he hasnt gotten his yet either...they keep sending the same bs that they will be shipped out the next day but they have been saying this for over a month....we are now starting to look into taking legal action since our credit cards have already been billed....so take this as a warning that if you need your parts within a year do not order from them

When they had a sale on 3.8L Pacesetter Headers, I purchased them from ammperformance.com. I thought it was kinda wierd how, if you used a credit card, you had to go through pay pal and stuff. But anyway, about 3-4 weeks went by and still no headers, so I called. The guy was nice, and said they had to be shipped staight from Pacesetter to ammperformance to me. SO I could understand the delay. Nevertheless, I called about another week later and just cancelled my order. They were totally cool about it, and I got my money back from pay pal, after I had to request a check b/c they do not automatically credit it back to the card.

Anyways, I would just call him up and cancel your order.

 

how long ago did you order them? did you order the pacesetters before they where even in production?

 

I ordered from them at the end of June. Pacesetter headers were in production, I just bought the ones with ceramic coating, therefore they needed to be coated, and ammperformance did not have any in stock. However, other ppl I know ordered the headers from them, and received them. Like I said tho, if it has been that long, I would just cancel your order.


Oh ya, My credit card had been billed to. Like I said, I just called an canceled b/c I decided I did not want the headers ( i want a v8). But he was nice, and understanding. Try that before jumping into serious action.

 

josh is a good guy and he isnt in the business to **** anyone over. im sure that there is a good reason why you dont have them yet

Yeah , Josh is a really good guy and wouldnt do and thing to screw any one over. Ive bought alot of parts from (Josh) AMMperformance.com and they all came . No problems here.

Must be something wierd up you cannot expect everyone to be perfectwith everything, I have not done anything with him but may plan to. he IS the 3.4L aftermarket.

 

I bought my Wings West Ground Effects Kit from him. He answers ALL my emails in a very short amount of time. Like it's been said, just contact him and I'm sure he'll fix it. Don't think he's trying to rip you off if you don't give him a chance, he's human and we all make mistakes.
