cylinder head/ intake install

im thinking about getting my cylinderheads and intake manifold ported and polished, and i just need to know how hard/how much work will it take to get them off of the car and to get them back on. what do i need, tools gaskets, what do i need. is it worth doing my self? tell me everything.

its not hard just a lot of work. It took me about 10-12 hrs to do the swap on mine. I dont remember which tools to use, there is quite a few. a set of MM and standard size sockets and wrenches can get most of it. If you have worked on any motor this isnt much different, just different bolt patterns.
