can anyone tell me how to go about taking apart the center console on a 1996 Firebird? my shifter (automatic) is sticking a little when i take it out of park and i wanted to check it out and see what could be causing that...thanks for the help.

 

I don't know - I don't have a Bird or an automatic.

Maybe it's the tranny?
