Post Which Catback exhaust system?

I was wondering what you guys think is the best catback exhaust system for the 98-02 3.8l. I was also wondering if the make and Edelbrock Catback for the 98-02 3.8ls. I am looking for a loud and throaty aggressive system that provides good power gains too. If you guys could help, I would appreciate it!

thanks,
chris

Yep, edelbrock does make em and one of the cheapest catbacks. Dynomax and flowmaster are also the cheaper catbacks. Check with summitracing or jegs. I know they're around $300 or so.

I really cannot find a site that makes edelbrock catback systems for the 98-02 3.8l camaro. If you guys could give me some sites to go to I would appreciate it.

Also, what do you guys think of Flowmaster? And where can I find their catback systems?

thanks,
chris

Flowmaster won't flow as well as other aftermarket catbacks. Your money would be best spent elsewhere.

The best sounding on a v6 is the B&B Tri-Flo.

Problem is the price.....close to $600, but it is all stainless.

I got some pics on my website if you wanna take a peak.
