Car won't start after replacing clutch

So my master clutch gave out causing me to burn out my clutch. I replaced the master, slave and the clutch its self along with having the flywheel machined. After everything was said and done I went to start my car and it ran for a second then acted like it was out of gas, RPMs lower and I heard two backfires. I was close to empty so I added about 5 gallons of gas and went at it again. Now It turns over but doesn't start, every now and then it will catch for a second then go back to just turning over.

Heres what I've done:
Replaced crankshaft sensor
Replaced Camshaft sensor
Checked spark
Checked for fuel on spark plugs
Replaced coils
Replaced fuel filter

I can hear the fuel pump come on so I know it's not that. I also cleaned the grounds on the front of the block, but I don't think it's a PCM issue, but this definitely is a tissue issue
