i've got a stock '96 3.8L firebird A4...if i added a cam from supersixmotorsports, what kinda of power gains would i get from that? would it help at all if i also had cai w/ it or anything else like that even though i dont have any other internal work done? thanks.

I'd also like to know....... Also the cost involved in installing a cam. I'd imagine 20 horses with a cam, correct me if I'm wrong.... Anyways im looking for 14's.
