CAI on 1997 3.8

Can anyone please post a pic or instructions on how the heck to get a k&n cai on my 3.8. It would be very helpful. I have an elbow off a 94 3.4....is that the same as the lt1 elbow? If it is than I have no idea how to proceed & any help would be greatly appreciated!

no that 3.4 elbow is not the same as a lt1 elbow

Thank you. I actually picked it up for $5 at the junkyard a while ago. Not too big of a loss. Thanks again, you just saved me a bunch of hassle.
