Question ?Brake Calipers?

Ok...I'm going to check the brakes on my 98v6. Who's got any links or diaghrams on how to remove the front and rear calipers?

If you wanna call me and get together, I have all the tools including air to do the job. Should take about 2 hours, if your brakes need serviced.

I checked mine at 50,000 miles as scheduled maintenance calls for, pads and discs looked fine so I slapped em back together and just waited around till the wear indicators started to squea. That was another 63,000 miles. (113,000)

At that point I had the rotors (still OEM) turned at AutoZone for 12 bucks, and put some new pads in. Rears are still OEM, pads and rotors.
I'm at 126,500 now and no problems yet.

So chances are you should be good to go for a long while.

Damn...that's alot of miles on the pads. I've got about 70K on mine, and just wanted to be sure. I didn't know the factory pads would last that long with as aggressive as I am on the brake. My pads only looked about half worn. I guess I'll check them again in another 20 to 30K miles.
