B&M Shift kit for V6!
B&M Shift kit for V6!
Wow is this thing unreal! Just got my new one put in. Makes that T56 tranny really come to life. And the kit was only 65 bucks! Of course the install was an arm and a leg. When you really get on it this thing kicks like an LS1. Gonne need new tires though
$65 is a good deal.
i never got to put one on my car, but i fell in love with it when i drove in my friends car that had one. they say it can be a pain in rush hour. man i wish i had been able to put one on my car.

A T56 is a manual 6 speed transmission commonly used on LT1 and LS1 Camaros. You cant put a shift kit on those. Automatics, like you have apparently because of the shift kit, are called a 4l60e. Also, dont see how a 3.8 with exhaust, a filter, and a shift kit comes even near to LS1 power. Its impossible with those mods.......

i dont know what a LS1 feels like, but i do know that when i rode in a V6 that had the shift kit i was thoroughly focking impressed. if LS1s feel better than that-----man, i cant wait!
[Takes long hard look at Username and "mod list"]
Someone looks familiar.
Let me take one guess at who you are....you just picked a different username and re-register?
*Got your PM. Your response is on the way.

I though the name of the tranny in the six was the t56. Oh well my bad. Someone has to brush up on their camaro stuff LOL. And I was just being sarcastic when I said it was LS1 power. Just feels better than the stock six.
rich, different username? what? I'm confused
I stand corrected about the T56 mistake. I thought thats what the guy at autozone told me my tranny modle was. My fault guys!
And I never said I can hold a stick to an LS1. Just said it made it FEEL like one. My bad if I didnt clarify enough.

Yeah, new username.
In other words, please tell me you don't claim to be running a supercharger 12-18psi on that car as one of your "other goodies"
- else I'll be forced to close down your posts yet once again...

Same color, same year, same car, same location...same typing style...
It's enough to make a man think, eh?
I don't think I was unclear.
