any ideas on my problem?

some of the time, when I’m accelerating at normal pace, and i'm around 50-60 mph my car feels like its stuttering... rpm's don't go up or down.

Hard to explain in words, but this "stuttering" feeling, which feels a lot like i'm running of gas, only lasts till my car shifts gears up or down.

any ideas, i'm not the best at describing things

Since we don't have a lot of details to go on, lets start with the basics.

What is your car...year, transmission, miles, etc.

When was the last time you had basic maintenance done on it?

start with bad gas water in gas, timing off, dirty air filter , dirty fuel filter, bad plug or wire or bad injector or signal to injector.

Tune up time! Get the oil changed, new plugs, new wires, new airfilter, new O2 sensors (not included with most tuneups). with 130,000 miles I'd be a tad skeptical over more accurate tuneups.
Best luck to ya man.
