Talking American Revoulution.. sorta

I just ordered the first round of stuff for my lil ol 3.4l.

-Lunati 228/228 Cam

-Comp Cams Valvetrain Package

-SLP 3-series carrier

-1-piece driveshaft

-Home ported heads

Next on my list is either pacesetter or rksport headers.. not sure which... and will most likely soon replace my flowmaster cat-back with magnaflow or something... hopefully. Then a torque converter, nothing too crazy. Wish me luck, I am looking towards some N/A goals .

With that cam I would suggest a 2800-3200 stall.Any bigger and you start moving out of your power-band (I think!) I am going on what I remember from my old 3.4 days.Man I miss that car

I miss it because it was my first "real" car. Before that I just used a car to get from point A to point B.Then I bought the Camaro brand new in 1995 and fell in love.I started modding it,discovered internet message boards, and sprayed the car into the low 14's.Then my ex-wife kept it in the divorce and I bought a LS1 Z28 to make myself feel better. But sometimes I miss the challenge of getting that 3.4 beast into the 13's and then the 12's.I have the Z into the low 12's with a few bolt-ons,where is the challenge in that?Don't get me wrong I love my Z but I wish I still had my old 3.4 as a daily driver!
