99 3.8 stalling and weirdness

99 3.8 stalling and weirdness
hi all,
Have a 99 3.8L that stalls intermittently and does other weird things as well.. It seems to trip the ASR when this happens and also, the Cruise control bombs the AC... I'm looking for electrical problems but since it's intermittent, i'm not getting very far
Can anybody help?
