4.3 has a pretty big following and the basic mods should be the same like any other motor. I'd say find a intake setup for your motor, along with exhaust and simple bolt on stuff. I know there's a few cams out there but how far you want to go is up to you.

 

you might wanna try an S10/Blazer board, they would probably know more about that engine ............ since they had them, and the f-body did not

Why is it that the 4.3 has more displacement then our 3.8's but less power stock for stock? Would a 3.8 to 4.3L engine swap be worth it?

 

its been discussed many times on camaroV6.com, the general conclusion is that if you want to swap out your current motor you might as well go with a V8, the 4.3L isnt much cheaper

 

Biligsley has a black Sonoma running 9s all motor with a 4.3, I have a 04 2 door Blazer for my daily driver, some good headers and a better air box seems like it would help out some.
