4.3 V6 Bellhousing Pattern?

Hey guys, this isnt exactly an F-body question but hey... here goes nothing.

Im looking at picking up a s10 w/ a 4.3, built 700r4, and a 10 bolt w/ posi.
Anyway to the point
I want it for a 350 swap. My queston. Will the 700r4 mate to the 350? I'm sure they make adapter plates, but it would be easier if it would just bolt up.

Any insight would be great guys

Thanks
-Eric

4.3 uses the same pattern as a sbc, so the tranny will work

the 4.3 is essentially a SBC with the front 2 cylinders lopped off. Should mate up fine.
