4.11 rear?

a v6 can handle a 4.11 rear gears?

most with the v6 would say 410s or 411s in your question would say theyre overkill, i personally think im going to go with 3.73s or if i ever do nitrous before that id go with 3.42s

people run it, and have nothing but praise for it. Getting good results form it. I have considered it just getting gears and install can be pricey.

4.10's or even 4.56's

You have to be trapping more than 100mph to be too much for 4.56's... and then you can always go to a taller tire.
