Re: 3.4 overheating!

well I am having the same problem with my 93 z28. I noticed it one day while i was in a drivethru waiting to get some food...i looked down and my temp was in the red...and it was overflowing out of my reservior cap....i shut teh car off and waited and it got back to normal temp and stayed that way somehow.....then 2days later she started doing the same thing, this time i wasnt so lucky...i had to drive it about 50 yards at a time until i could get to my house.....it woudlnt go back down...i changed the thermostat and teh radiator cap...filled it with coolant and bled teh system prett good.....i have no clue what is wrong and why she keeps overheating....my water pump is only 2 weeks old also...so i am at a loss.....and i have no coolant leak other than when it comes out the resevior cap when she gets real hott...any ideas.....i am going to try bleeding the lines one more time and if no luck then i will remove teh water pump i just bought and try and get another one and see maybe the water pump was a defect....cuz even tho the car gets hot , i can still squeeze the coolant hoses with my hand and they seem as tho they have no pressure in them at all....no clue no clue
