1995 3.4 and I need to change the thermostat

1995 3.4 and I need to change the thermostat

any pics on how to get to the screws on the driver's sdie or info on how to do this? I don't have anything that will fiit in this area. I have a swivel thin swivel socket but NO go and I have no idea how to remove the throttle body above it. I need some help on this one?

It's not that hard, but it's easiest to remove the throttle body. At least that's what I found with my 93 3.4. And I don't really think this qualifies as advanced tech.

you can get a swivel and an extension and snake it down behind the plenum. worked for me

I've got a 94 3.4L and I used a small socket wrench and went in from the passengers side and over the top of housing. Once you get it loose you have to use your fingers to pull the bolt. I pulled some of the junk away from the engine so I could reach in easier. The first time it was a lot of feel but I've since done it 3 more time and it gets easier. One tip is pull the top water hose off the housing before you do this.
