Zeus, you may have won that race against the Z06 because he could not drive. Your car would get spanked silly by any stock Z06 in good running order with a good driver. They have at least 25 rwhp on you, are 300+ lbs. lighter than you and have better aero drag. I will run you in a stock Z06! Anybody have one to donate to the cause?

 

Only thing in this post that made sense was that dallas got handed their @ss.....as for the rest of it, maybe you should learn a little basic english, then start learning about cars

Dont get into a battle of wits with Zeus, It will only drag your IQ down. Just do a search and see, he is all the time bragging about killing LS1s. Never LT1s.
He is real self conscience (sp) about owning an LT1.
Hell LT1s can be made super fast , but he wants to claim rediculous odds over the LS1s.
If you keep on he will email you wanting all of your adresses so he can come kick your LS1 ***.

Zeus let me make this clear once and for all. LS1s are not Gods and your car is just as good. Now stand up with me and say it....

My name is Zeus and Im an LT1 owner, I used to be mad because I have a few less hp than the LS1s stock. I had to make a fool of myself in order to be brought to reality and understand if I put a few well thought out bolt ons on my car I would be just as fast...

omg! you outran a z06 (if you actually raced one) because that driver took off in 5th at 80 mph, as well. with 4.10 gears, your car is turning 3200 rpm. if the z06 woulda dropped into third, it woulda been spinning 4700-4800 rpms and you would have gotten your azz handed to you.

as far as fbodies go, your 4.10 fifth gear is roughly equivalent to an a4 3.23 car's 3rd gear, meaning that the torque multiplication is about the same. in a case like this, the car with more flywheel torque is gonna win.

i'm not gonna call bs, but i wouldn't try that again against a z06 if i were you.

I guess we don't KNOW it's BS. It just really sounds like he's BS-ing. Plus, if that Z06 was really racing, whether or not Zeus had 4.10s or not, the Z06 would have walked. It's 300 lbs lighter, has more power, and a LOT more top end power. And who races in 5th gear anyway?

Why didn't you shift down to 4th gear? Damme your car must pull pretty hard to beat a zo6 in 5th gear. That seems really hard to believe.

 

Your Metro your Supra blah blah...and it wasn't just a bolt on LS1, it was a Cammed LS1 w/ 4.10s and full bolt ons. And he knows how to drive, he's my roommate, so I know it wasn't like your race where only one person was racing! It was a Camaro SS, not a Vette, and I'm making about 340 rwhp, not 320.
