Well, the SRT i raced tonite was then one i raced afew weeks ago and beat. Though this time he came back packing over $5000 in mods. So we hit up the highway and i made my buddy come with me to tape it. The first few races he ate me up. We were doing drops from 40's and 60's. Then in the end we did 2 drops from around 20 and i got him. A talon followed us on the highway and the SRT and him lined up and i was behind the SRT. They went, i went, and the talon went too, behind us. All in all it was a hella fun. The red SRT ran a 12.7 with a 2.2 60' trapping 119 on street tires, so he is deffinatly not slow at all. On one of the last races his buddy joined in with a silver SRT but messed up something with his boost, so he was only putting out 11 PSI. Nothing like takeing a corner at 145 MPH, that will wake you up. The video is about 30 megs, it has alot of good races and is pretty good. My buddy got alot of dash shots but half the time it was on my speedo. Let me know what ya think.

Get you some gears and Lt's and you'll come alot closer to beaten him on those 40 and 60 mile launches. Nice vid I enjoy watching those high speed races

Yea he is a quick sob, but did anyone watch the end of the video?! He couldint pull on me from a 20-30 mph roll. The 60mph rolls he killed me but down low where im makeing my power he couldint pull. After the video goes blue for like 5 seconds are the last 2 races where i beat him. The last one i missed 3rd and after it cuts off their is a cop doing radar about another 30 seconds up the road. I figure i need the cc306, P&P heads and some 3.73 and he will be done. He has spray but said his bottle was empty and he wouldint use it anyways. I dont know for sure if he used it or not, some of thoes runs he was pulling like crazy.

He claims he has "walked on" z06's, S/C cobras, N/A cobras and LS1's. He said im the only car he has seen tail lights on. Its a shame, the guy still has temp tags on the damn thing.

 

Pshhh 50 shot? Im gonna up to a 200 shot on a stock bottom end after i end up with a daily

 

I just noticed in your sig....your car still has the 2.73s gears along with the manual trans....

INSTALL THE 3.73s or 4.10s ASAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That may be all you need for now as long as he doesn't spray you....

Wow, Cool Vid. Whats your car run? Maybe we'll run into each other this summer, i am always up for a good race. We usually meet up at "The Lot" on saturdays you should come up there if you dont already.

 

Never been thier. My car was stock up until this winter so it was never really worthy of showing off. Let me know when you guys will be up their. Im down for takeing over 480.

 

Nice runs, I wont ask what highway on a public forum but I can make my guesses. Thing is with those SRT-4's they never want to run from low speeds or stops since your TQ blows them outta the water. You obviously noticed this since the lower speed you went the more you pulled. Wish I was there, hopefully when I am not working so much, I can make a road trip to Cleveland. I'll post my SRT-4 race soon.
