SSlither first thanks for the english lesson, 2nd you must be watching some bad drivers. The electronic nanny hurts the new GT's, similar to the GTO's...w/ a flash they can easily run low 13's...so ill tell you what even though not stock bring a stock LT1 w/ a tune and run a flashed newer GT and see what happens...and btw even without the flash the GT will still beat up a LT1 in the right hands.
, you can have the rest...Gotta give credit where credits due the Evo 9's a bad little 4 cyclinder.
Umm..... we do and WILL rule! We have the Shelby SuperSnake coming along with the supercharged vette, and the possibility for a SC camaro.
The only car by then that will have a shot in the dark will be the GT-R.

Oh come on .......surely can you take a joke, right? I've owned almost all of the "Brands" including Chebby. If you want to come over to a rustang site and say stuff... more power to ya.
Horespower just had a new Mustang GT on their dyno and it put down 260 rwhp / 290 rqtq.
That's about identical to typical LT1 numbers. (255/290)
I think the new GT has a slight edge on the LT1, but it's still a drivers race.

Sounds a little low...my wife's put down stock to the paper filter the numbers in the sig. Maybe Mustang dyno vs. Dynojet?
I went to the track with a few buds in f-bods...an LT1 with a catback/CAI and a bone stock LS1.
The LT1 A4 ran a best of 14.26@97.99 which corrects to a 13.79@101.45 which I feel is about right in this area.
The LS1 A4 ran a best of 13.98@101.09 which corrects to 13.52@104.42 which is what I would expect from an LS1.
My wifes GT ran a best of 13.76@103.22 (uncorrected) the same night in the same weather.

Would it make you feel better if I came to your site and said the same thing? It has nothing to do with what site I'm on..........but I'm sure you already knew that!
