So tonight after I dropped off my friend I found another of my friends cruising around in their '97 Honda (completely stock, she has no idea how to mod a car, or rice it lol). So when we got to a stop light I threw her a rev, she rolled down her windows and goes "only to the speed limit then we shut down" so I nodded. I figured since she's had 3 accidents already that that is why she didnt want to go over the speed limit. No big deal, safer and more responsible that way anyways.

So I then realise that the speed limit is 35 Right then I knew it was actually going to be a contest... traction is not my strong-suit.


I just realized I havent described my Camaro lol. It's a 1986 Camaro Berlinetta (crap for suspension, not H.O. motor, 5.0L).

So light turns green, in my realization, I panick and just floor it, and go the course I spin till she wins lol. After I got traction I was right by her door for about .000001 seconds before I flew off. Then braked, unrolled my window and gave a thumbs up and a wave and passed her and went home lol.


So I feel this as a loss and I think I need to upgrade my suspension soon. Though I would much rather spend that money on college and an LT1 setup.
