MAN! Fartcans fartin', sewing machine sewing(engine) and a mid-14 second quarter!!, i'm trading this dam vette in tomorrow-it's just too dam quick
We went to a local Chili's rest. for lunch today and there was a red 350 z, so of course I parked next to it. From inside, we were sitting so I could see both cars, when the "z" owner walked out to his car-he sure as hell was checking out the C6.
Funny-
Re: Raced another 350Z.......
I ran one two years ago when I had a 1995 Corvette 6spd, all stock. My 'vette would run 13.6 @ ~105mph in the quarter.
When I ran the 350Z, he was egging me on and we stopped at a light. It was a straight shot down an open road right out of where I work, I let him hit it first when the light went green, and I will be honest that by the time I let off at 70 he was at LEAST 5 cars back. And he was trying because I talked to him later that day back at work. He thought my Corvette was worked over, but when I told him it was stock I thought he was going to cry. I had paid $11,000 for the 'vette used and he paid over $30,000 for the 350Z.
From the looks of them I was expecting much better than that. Maybe they handle really well or something. They look pretty cool, but for the money I would expect more power from them.
But there's much more to a car than straight line acceleration so maybe they are good in other areas.

There's a chick around here with a black one-she thinks she's the ****, I tried to get beside her the other day, but traffic wouldn't permit, then she turned off, not that she would've gone for it-but ya never know.
