I think 150 is the safe practical limit for the majority of users. I usually spray 125 and am very confident at the bottom end holding together at this level, but have gone up to 150 on "special occasions" with pump gas an 4 degrees of timing pulled out. Some people have reported going as high as 200 on stock bottom ends, but this requires really good tuning and some race gas wouldnt hurt.

That was my 100 shot and hot cam.

I only did that once and pulled 6 degrees to do it. Although, it never made +200 to the tire. It only gained between 165-175. Come to think of it, my 150 shot was a little closer to 125.

Nice videos by the way, that was a cool race. Your car sounds good. Props to the STI that car sounded really cool too. You could play the turbo game too , tell em: 'Dude, I'll race your turbo import... let's go pound for pound on the boost.' LOL, I think on a built engine that would be over 1,000HP to the tire. I hear lots of import guys saying 'I made xxx power on low boost' Low boost being 20+ lbs.

Those STI/ Evo's are really cool, I have to admit. I would like to get my hands on one in a couple of years (let the prices go down in the used market). AWD, turbo, 6 speed... what's not to love?

I launched pretty hard against the Audi. I think I dumped the clutch at 6,000 RPM. I also had 4.56 gears in it, so that's why the gear changes came quick. The board read 11.96 Vs. the Audi. It looks like 11.4, but I don't remember it going that quick on the 100 shot.
