lt1 vs ls1

I was riding in my bone stock 94 z28 today and I seen a ls1 . We pulled up to the light and it sounded like he had exhaust and a squeeky belt under the hood . The light turned green and he had a dead hook and I took off spinning sideways as usual and I pulled 100 cars on him by 90mph

Sorry I had to with all of teh drama going on lately

Re: lt1 vs ls1

Its because our lt1s have more torque, ls1s have power bands similar to s2000s.

I did that once but in my race the bastard jumped the start and I still got him by 91 lengths.

Re: lt1 vs ls1

good job. i'll bet since you pulled that much on him you must have eased into the throttle to keep from pulling the front tires to far off the ground.

Yeah and talk about ease man, this thing is touchy. The torque this LT1 puts down is just insane, something the ls1 has no idea about. Oh and this was on old cheap no name street tires too with stock suspension.
