well, my friend his girl friend and i were i his camaro tonight and he as a 2000 ss with common mods longtubes loudmouth no cat lid and hypertec. anywho we were rollin along and all the sudden a purple gtp pulls up next to us. so he slams it down in to first and at this time we were nose to nose, and nails it pulls like a sonbiatch and its like the gtp was goin in reverse. keep in mind that this car only runs 13s from what i am told. The second run was worse becouse he go the jump. You could really hear the super charger. but super charger or not he got slotered.

thought i would share the kill. i like ls1 cars they are so violent!

Yeah,
GTPs can be modded fast , but stock or close to stock they have no chance in the world against a stock LS1.

Someone told you wrong. With those mods he should easily be in the mid 12's.

 

I ment to say if i didnt make it clear, that the gtp runs 13's
