Well tonight i cruised gratiot, and it wasnt feasible to race seeings how there were a ton of cops out, So i decided to go check out woodward, me and my buddy jared were cruising woodward when i roll up behind this late 80's model supra. I pull up next to him and drop to second gear and give him a quick tap of the gas. He sees i want to race so he taps his gas and blows his valve. Im like ok... i honk 3 times, go from 2nd at 40, and leave this guy, at least 4 cars. Then he comes flyin past me with the ricer flyby blowin his valve at me. well we go from 40 roll 2 more times and the same thing happens. Then we pull into a gas station and talk n shoot the ****. He has a built motor but his turbo only pushin 6 psi cuz he has a intercooler pipe leak im like ok whatever then he starts talkin about his "team" Team Dragst@. and **** like that. They are all supra owners and ****. We get to talkin and i pop my hood. Stock cept for filter and lid. He then asks me what tires Im runnin and whatever he says he has 315 nitto drag radials... for the summer time and he was on his winter tires.. hmmmm then i ask him what his car runs and he tells me 11's im lik ok guy, he was shootin his ricer bs, talkin bout how he walks ls1's all the time and how he woulda beat me if he didnt have intercooler leak and whatever. so im like aight he gave me his cell fone so i can run him when his "leak" is fixed and when hes on his drag radials. all in all it was a good night. Gunna be heading down to french road when i get my macs and exhaust on. maybe some drag radials would help sorry for it being so long.

 

Throw on some spray just as a one time deal..... That will shut him up real good. Could be stout if he has what he says, but from the BS spewing I think he's just a ricer.........

 

Look at my Supra-same car with a boost leak at 6psi an LS1 like yours would clobber me. Without the boost leak and 22 pounds of boost on pump gas I have gone 11.8 at 122MPH with a To4e which is common on those cars. The guy sounds like a moron and is most likely quoting someone else but watch it -they can run very fast. Mine looks stock and with latest mods I have taken out heads/cam LS1s with slicks from a stop easily after third gear with me being on drag radials.
BTW tell him that 315 DRs will not fit on this car so he is full of crap.
If he had a boost leak-too bad for him. He lost. He lost badly.
