dam* i was impressed by the new impala lt's. raced one earlier today and it was in a way keeping up till about 80 when i really started pulling away but i was shocked. i think they're 3.5L v6? heavy cars though

 

The only Impala that would hang w/ you is the SS w/ the 303hp 5.3. The 3.5l v6, though it does come w/ like 240hp, wouldn't stand a chance a stock LT1. But there is a LARGE aftermarket for the 60*v6. So he may have not been stock
